When you visit aethyx.in, we may collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioural tracking technologies on this website.
When you become a client of Aethyx, our AI agents may process operational data on your behalf, including but not limited to: email content from your connected Gmail or Outlook account; social media account credentials and post data; CRM records and lead information; CV and applicant data from your hiring pipeline; employee Slack and communication data; server logs and infrastructure metrics.
This data is processed strictly as a data processor acting under your instructions as the data controller. We do not use your client data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose outside delivering the agreed service.

We do not use your personal data for marketing to third parties, advertising, or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party.
All operational data processed by Aethyx agents is stored on a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosted by Hostinger in the Mumbai (India) region. Your data does not leave the Mumbai data centre except where you have explicitly connected integrations to third-party services (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Workspace).
Agent logs are retained for 90 days from the date of generation, then permanently deleted unless you request otherwise. Enquiry and contact form data is retained for 12 months. If you become a client, your operational configuration is retained for 12 months after the termination of your engagement to allow for re-engagement, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@aethyx.in.
We use scoped service accounts with minimum necessary permissions for all integrations. Credentials are stored encrypted and rotated quarterly. Our VPS is secured with firewall rules, fail2ban, and non-root process isolation. We will sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with any client who requires one.
